Minor Repairs & General Upkeep
Manual removal of surface debris
– Clearing hair, soap buildup, or food residue from a sink, shower, or basin drain.
Use of basic tools or methods
– Plunger, drain snake (manual hand auger), or basic drain rods (for shallow blockages).
– Chemical or enzymatic drain cleaner (where appropriate).
Access via standard openings
– Work done through visible drain openings (not behind walls or underground).
Short-duration jobs
– Usually completed within 30–60 minutes.
Basic Drain Unblocking
This covers minor, localized stain removal and surface refreshing, not full-scale deep cleaning. It’s meant for quick response or turnaround situations. Typically limited to one or a few small spots (up to about 1m² total). Spot remover sprays, mild detergents, or upholstery-safe cleaning solutions.
